Full Charge Bookkeeper Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including financial preparation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute during a busy budget season while utilizing your expertise in accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements and reports to support organizational decision-making.
• Ensure proper allocation of funds between reserve accounts and other financial accounts.
• Utilize accounting software, including Vanica, to manage and track financial data.
• Assist with budget preparation and provide insights during the budgeting process.
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the movement of funds between accounts as needed.
• Support the organization during peak financial activity periods, such as budget season. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with financial preparation and reporting.
• Experience working with reserve accounts and fund allocations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
