We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliations. Pay Range:
$50,000 to $75,000 a year based on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with possible OT depending on workload

Handle A/P and A/R transactions and collections Perform month-end and year-end closing processes Process payroll and maintain records Prepare financial reports and daily reconciliations Manage tax filings, including payroll taxes and 1099s Oversee job costing, invoicing, and customer financing Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience, associate degree preferred
Preferred:
5+ years of experience, bachelor’s in accounting or finance Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Degree and other software?
