Duties/Responsibilities:

The Finance Associate will be responsible for finance activities related to payroll, contract billing, and client billing, as assigned by Controller.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group setting, including to customers, clients, and employees of the agency Proficiency in Excel Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Superior Customer/ Client Service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:
