Job Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Accounts Payable duties including, reviewing and inputting vendor bills, maintaining weekly payables, and investigating and resolving vendor issues or billing discrepancies. Prepare and send customer invoices, input and maintain accurate receivable records, monitor aging of receivables and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. Effectively communicate directly with various vendors and clients in a professional manner, both verbally and in a written format. Basic understanding of general accounting, and the ability to accurately perform general mathematical calculations are a must. Position includes a considerable volume of data entry, scanning, filing, copying and emailing. Experience with QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Must have excellent time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and able to work well both independently and cohesively with coworkers. Compensation Depends on Experience Paid Holiday after 90 days, and 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of uninterrupted employment.
