Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Hours would be Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Job Responsibilities:

Balance and maintain accurate ledgers Match purchase orders with invoices Coordinate bank deposits Accounts payable and receivable Accounting support to Parts, Sales and Service Departments Perform any other duties assigned by the Controller or General Manager The position will report to the Controller and General Manager Requirements Three years experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports, experience in Automotive accounting office is preferred Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs & CDK Lightspeed CRM Solid written and verbal communication skills.
