Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk will play a critical role in supporting the finance team by handling a mix of revenue-related functions including AP, AR, assisting with journal entries, deal postings, GL activity, and sales tax compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries for revenue transactions Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Review and post sales deals ensuring revenue is recorded accurately Ensure proper sales tax reporting and compliance across various jurisdictions Assist with month-end close and audit preparation Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support ongoing accounting initiatives
Qualifications:
