Accounting Coordinator Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic wholesale distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and timely payment processing.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as monitoring outstanding balances and posting receipts.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Assist with general ledger activities, including maintaining account balances and resolving discrepancies.
• Participate in month-end close procedures to ensure all financial data is properly recorded.
• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to perform daily tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Requirements
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with financial software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
