SALARY/HOURLY RATE
$40k – $45k Annually
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing high-volume accounts payable tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi or CINC software and a track record of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Maintain accurate records and control reports.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
High-volume accounts payable experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Experience with Yardi or CINC software.
Previous experience in the real estate industry.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
