The ideal candidate should have business-to-business experience. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, perform and document collection functions in QuickBooks on overdue B2B accounts. Verify and resolve customers’ billing issues. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret non-standard billing process issues contributing to an open invoice. Billing of service and monitoring invoices in QuickBooks. Interpretation of Technician notes on services provided, as well as pricing, to insure correct invoicing. Posting of cash receipts to open A/R.

Requirements:

Preferred candidates will have 3+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable experience. QuickBooks strongly preferred. Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Comfortable working with billing and collections issues (friendly customer service calls 99% of the time). Comfortable in a fast paced and high traffic office environment.
