Key Responsibilities:

Handle dailyaccounting operations including AP, AR, and bank reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and post journal entries Assist withmonth-end close and preparation of financial statements Communicatewith vendors and customers to ensure accurate records Help withpayroll processing and benefits tracking, if needed Support processimprovements and ensure accounting accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficientin QuickBooks and Excel (experience with other systems a plus)Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiplepriorities Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related fieldpreferred If you enjoy working in a positive, supportiveenvironment where you can truly make an impact, this could be theperfect fit.
