Entering banking activity for multiple companies, including payroll tax returns and weekly check runs. Maintaining accurate financial records and handling daily banking activities. Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements). Managing A/P, A/R, payroll processing and related bookkeeping tasks. Monitoring client activity and conducting timely follow-ups. Staying current with accounting standards and best practices. Participate in training sessions, meetings and occasional team events. About You 2+ years’ experience in payable accounts (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields (a plus). Strong understanding of accounting/bookkeeping standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive and client-service oriented. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks.
