Full Charge Bookkeeper including Payroll Accountability Partners, Inc. Pinellas County, FL Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Full-Time) We are a well-established Administrative Services Organization with over 21 years of success and a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong payroll expertise to join our team full-time.
Position Overview:
As one of our Full-Charge Bookkeepers, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of accounting functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger, and Payroll Customer’s client onboarding. Customer’s internal contract management. Generate customer invoices and manage collections. Calculate and remit sales tax. Enter and reconcile bank and credit card transactions. Process online bill payments and ACH transfers. Process multi-state payrolls and prepare related journal entries. Onboard and offboard employees in payroll systems. Administer group benefits and manage monthly 401(k) reporting and remittances. Prepare for and assist with monthly and annual insurance audits. Manage accruals and post monthly journal entries. Review month-end financials and prepare financial statements. Generate commission reports. Assist with annual budget preparation. Process year-end 1099s.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger processes. Associates degree in accounting, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. A proactive problem solver with a professional, team-oriented attitude. Eagerness to learn and contribute to new projects and initiatives.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (between 8 AM – 5 PM) Occasional after-hours work may be required for high-volume periods or special projects.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
