Job Description
Purchasing/Bookkeeper VGM Holdings, LLC 2111 34th Way, Largo, FL 33771 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Purchasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, as well as sourcing equipment, goods services and managing vendors. This role is essential for supporting the financial health of our organization and will involve working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Finance. Qualifications 2-3 years demonstrated experience working in Procurement and Accounting in a manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages and decimals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist. Ability to read and follow drawings/blueprints. Ability interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Experience in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Office required AIA Progress Billing a plus Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Finance a plus
