JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and process shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and receipts
- Prepare carrier payments and customer invoices
- Communicate with agents, carriers and other associates via telephone, email and one-on-one conversations
- Receive, match and review bill of ladings, check requests and other related document for correct load information
- Code, verify and electronically enter invoicing and paying data into application
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 2 years of experience in the transportation industry, including dispatching experience
- Experience with accounts payable and bills of lading
- High School Diploma
