$18•$20 per hour shift: First work hours: 7:30 AM•4:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Process and record vendor invoices, maintaining precision within financial systems. Help organize and coordinate daily logistics and scheduling, contributing to operational efficiency. Ensure seamless information flow by communicating effectively with vendors, transport personnel, and internal teams. Support the finance department by performing reconciliations, preparing essential reports, and managing documentation. Maintain customer relationships by offering high-quality service to everyone you interact with, both inside and outside the company.
