What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✅ Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
• from accounts payable to month end close ✅ Perform accurate account, parts, and credit card reconciliations ✅ Keep detailed financial records and ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies ✅ Generate reports that help management make informed business decisions ✅ Work alongside leadership to enhance and streamline accounting processes ✅ Support tax prep, audits, and other financial reporting needs •

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• automotive industry experience is a major plus Proficiency in QuickBooks (this is a must!

) Experience with Protractor automotive software (preferred but not required) Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Top-notch attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines A team player who can also work independently
