Summary We are seeking a dedicated Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team at Grove Equipment Service. This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our administrative functions, contributing directly to the efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Handle accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections. Handle accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner. Utilize business system for bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial reporting. Perform account and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Execute double-entry bookkeeping practices to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets as needed. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably in a dealership or similar environment. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable & accounts payable management. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
