Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 2755 State Road 17 South, Haines City, FL 33844 Rainking Purification Systems, a leading provider of water purification systems, is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This permanent position involves several key responsibilities, including preparing deal calculations using Excel, managing daily financial transactions with QuickBooks Online, and assisting the accounting manager with various tasks. Required Qualifications/Skills (Must have): Fluent in written and verbal communication in English (required). Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Be reliable and consistently present at work , and avoid missing workdays High degree of accuracy, attention to detail , organization, consistency, and dependability. Possess an analytical, data-driven mindset; comfortable with numbers and proficient in using spreadsheets . Perceptive and focused on delivering results (no excuses) while working independently. Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information. Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation. Completion of a background check and drug screening (required)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Prior work experience as a bookkeeper or accounting assistant. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish . Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Haitian Creole .
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Create customers in QuickBooks Online accurately. Enter data, maintain records, and prepare reports and financial statements. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Reconcile invoices and transactions to identify discrepancies. Maintain both digital and physical accounting records. Manage essential office administrative tasks, including filing, printing, reporting, and emailing. Occasionally visit the post office, banks, and other stores during the week. Answer the phone when necessary, while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist the Office Manager with tasks as needed.

Wage:
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with availability for extra paid hours as needed (this is required).
