What You’ll Be Doing:
Data Entry:
Assist our accounting team with various tasks, focusing on data entry from Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
ERP Support:
Help keep our financial systems running smoothly by inputting data accurately and efficiently.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our accounting team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in office work Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet established deadlines. Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation. AP and AR experience is a huge plus! Must have a team player attitude and a strong customer service orientation. This is a Hybrid Remote opportunity offering 2 work from home days. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm!
