Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Representative . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—from initial inquiries through final invoicing. The ideal candidate is experienced in billing processes, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries Develop a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information and assistance Prepare and issue client invoices; receive, verify, and apply payments accurately Follow up on outstanding balances and communicate with clients regarding past-due invoices Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions within our CRM system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Ability to walk up one flight of stairs Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude Proficiency in CRM platforms, accounting software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor Bilingual skills are a plus
