Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Book Keeping / AR / HR / Executive Assistant (Sarasota and Manatee Counties) BNT compensation: Depends on experience level employment type: job title: Office Manager We currently have a position open for a Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant. This is a remote position with weekly in-person meetings required in Sarasota. We have health, dental, eye and life insurance available after 90 days along with Aflac. The hours are somewhat flexible. You will need to be available during business hours. Responsibilities
- Entering of Receipts and vendor bills.
- Manage payments to vendors and job costing
- Manage the information flow of work orders, internal and external
- Produce and track invoices to our clients
- Assist with purchasing (Material, Equipment, Vehicles, etc.) and Amazon returns
- Manage employee’s pay and insurances.
- Payroll processing
- Manage insurance policies for the company – quoting, reports, audits, renewals
- Track and Manage Subcontractor’s insurance certificates and exemptions
- Making travel arrangements and other task to assist the president of the company
- Schedule appointments with clients and tenants.
- Manage leases and rents due
- Assist with tax preparation
Requirements:
- Live local to Sarasota
- Clean background and driver’s license
- Be a Florida licensed notary
- Fluent with Quickbooks, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Microsoft Excel.
- Verifiable experience as a bookkeeper in the building field
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Must complete a Quickbooks pre-employment test Please send a REUME and
