JL Hospitality Management is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Directly support Accounting Manager on various administrative tasks Manage accounts payables for a region of hotels into various software Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Complete various accounting tasks that can include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, daily income journals and payroll reporting.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel accounting, office administration or other related fields preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Full time position in office with benefits- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
