Job Purpose:

Compile and maintain Accounts Payable records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and process high volume of invoices Maintain the Accounts Payable reports; Contact all vendors about outstanding invoicing irregularities; Control, reconcile, and post all invoices; Assist in monitoring and oversee the vendor database to ensure accuracy; Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced skill level with Excel (ideally at least 1-2 years) Moderate skill level with Word (ideally 1-2 years) At least 1 year of experience as an AP Clerk. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
