As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting financial operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist include: Processing 100-200 invoices per day in a high-volume environment Matching, batching, and coding invoices (including 3-way match) Processing and reconciling purchase orders Maintaining vendor files and ensuring timely payments Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies Supporting month-end close activities related to accounts payable Preferred Qualifications for the

Accounts Payable Specialist:
