PERMANENT

Responsibilities:

Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests Review payments to ensure correct coding, authorization, and has sufficient documentation Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices Sort, code, and match invoices with PO’s Enter and upload invoices into the system Track expenses and process expense reports Prepare payment disbursements and maintain vendors files Reconcile accounts payable transactions Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Correspond with vendors and respond to inquires Provide supporting documentation for audits Maintain accurate historical records Maintain confidentiality of organizational information Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Prepare and perform check runs Prepare analysis of accounts and monthly reports Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of experience in full
• cycle accounts payable (3-way matching with PO’s) Required
• Construction Industry Experience Experience with Accounting ERP Systems (Sage Preferred) Proficient in Excel Strong Team Player Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills Aptitude for multi-tasking Ability to problem-solve and use critical thinking skills Sanford Rose Associates
