Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Sanford, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing high-volume invoice processing and purchase order workflows, with a strong understanding of construction industry accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and maintain purchase order workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable tasks with a focus on construction industry accounting practices.
• Utilize NetSuite to organize and track financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Create and manage detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to support financial operations.
• Assist in streamlining accounts payable processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all financial records adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of purchase order workflows and their application.
• Background in construction industry accounting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
