Paid Holidays Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Contact customers for payment resolution – provide additional documentation as needed.
Resolve payment discrepancies.
Work with project managers to resolve quantity differences.
Maintain accounts and update internal records accordingly.
Update payments received in accounting system.
Provide monthly reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Must be able to write, read andprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
Strongmunicator, both by email and over the phone.
Detail-oriented and accurate work style. Education & Experience Experience in the construction industry preferred.
Several years of AR and Cash Collections experience. Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

Driver’s License preferred but not required.
