BachelorsResponsibilities Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers. Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Investigate and resolve customer queries and discrepancies related to invoices and payments. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Initiate collections efforts for overdue accounts, maintaining a professional and firm approach. Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports. Communicate with sales departments regarding customer accounts and payment status.
