This role will assist the Finance Department in daily operations including, preparation and packaging deal paperwork to be sent to accounting for processing, answering incoming phone calls, assist and resolve customer concerns whenever possible, and working closely with accounting to resolve any deal or paperwork issues. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compile, review, verify and process finance and lease paperwork, review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents, correct issues as required and review/submit credit applications Process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction Consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure Communicate with salespersons and management on credit decisions Package documents to be sent to financial institutions, ensuring that all documents have correct information Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents, correct issues as required Able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow, particularly during periods of high sales volume and closeout Can work both as part of a cohesive team of management and sales and independently within set guidelines Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards by providing excellent customer service Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Able to read and comprehend instructions and information Able to work comfortably with the public Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and follow-up skills Knowledge of F & I products. Reception or switchboard experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Pass background screening requirement Reliable transportation
