Bookkeeper Florico Foliage Apopka, FL 32703 We are a fast-paced, growing wholesale nursery in Apopka seeking a skilled and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting knowledge, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-charge bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and payroll Manage and track company expenses, vendor accounts, and customer invoicing Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings Work directly with management to provide financial insights and reports Support inventory tracking and cost analysis Ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory filings
Required Skills & Experience:
QuickBooks Enterprise :
Advanced experience is a must
Microsoft Excel :
Strong skills including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in agriculture, wholesale, or inventory-based businesses) Preferred (Not Required): Experience with job costing or agricultural inventory Bilingual (English/Spanish)
