This position will require efficiency and accuracy in strategic and tactical duties including but not limited to: Ability to maintain 20-30 small business accounts using QuickBooks Desktop/Online Ability to effectively utilize time management software Preparing accounting records Reconciling client accounts Processing client payroll and all necessary taxes Processing annual 1099s and W2s/W3s Reviewing general ledger, comparing previous period and reporting significant differences to Reviewer Preparing book depreciation and Tangible Tax Returns Maintaining client documents of server file Assisting Administration, Officer, and Reviewer to ensure flow of office.
