Full Job Description About Us:

We’re seeking a meticulous and motivated Finance Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our finance team and help manage our day-to-day financial operations.

Position Summary:

As our Hybrid Finance Clerk/Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial processes across accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and compliance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting, particularly related to our healthcare and technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:

Perform full-cycle

AP:

match invoices to POs, code and enter bills Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments Maintain organized records of healthcare service and software vendor payments

Accounts Receivable:

Track incoming payments related to healthcare tech solutions and media services Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices

General Ledger Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining the GL with accurate posting of revenues and expenses Reconcile GL accounts regularly to ensure accuracy

Financial Data Entry & Expense Management:

Accurately input transactions into accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Monitor and track expenses related to healthcare technology, licensing, and services

Financial Reporting & Closings:

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Assist with the preparation of financial reports including income statements and balance sheets

Vendor & Client Coordination:

Communicate with vendors, healthcare partners, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and address payment inquiries

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure financial documentation is compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, where applicable)

Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and contract files Support audit preparation and other financial reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or media agency environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote-friendly work environment Experience or knowledge of the healthcare or media industry is a plus Self-starter with analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
