Estoppel Specialist Sovereign – Jacobs 120 Sea Grove Main Street, Saint Augustine, FL 32080 Estoppel Assistant-Skilled High-volume responsibilities: Online Estoppel Preparation & Warranty Deed processing. Strong Accounting Skills with Detail for Time Management and Organization Required. Other duties include calculating/charging assessments, capital contribution, and other fees as it pertains to closings Prepare welcome letters, statements and/or order coupons Excellent computer skills (MSWord and Excel), Data Entry, and Customer Service are essential for the key position. Minimum AA Degree in Accounting or the equivalent in experience required. Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information, Strong Time Management Skills, Title Agent Relationships, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills.
