Strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills are necessary for this position. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Must be comfortable working on a computer. Must be able to work both independently and with a team. A knack for learning is beneficial. QuickBooks experience a plus. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Pay is $18 an hour, with a review and potential raise after 90 days. Resume required for consideration. Responsibilities Prepare accounts receivable transactions Post payments and adjustments Maintain accurate financial statements Customer communications via email and phone Balance day to day credit card transactions. Cross-train to back up other areas of accounting Ensure all certificates of insurance are current Data entry Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
