Fort Pierce, FL Schedule:
Fulltime 8:30am-5p
Mon-Fri Compensation:
$18-20/hr
DOE Qualifications:
5 years of bookkeeping & Bachelors in Business preferred #
TCFL Key Responsibilities:
Recording Financial Transactions:
This includes recording all income, expenses, and other financial events in the general ledger.
Reconciling Accounts:
Matching bank statements with company records to identify and correct discrepancies.
Preparing Financial Reports:
Creating reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintaining Financial Records:
Organizing and storing financial documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Processing Payments:
Handling invoices, making payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Assisting with
Tax Compliance:
Helping with tax preparation, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
May assist with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and forecasting future financial performance.
