Job Description Responsible for processing all probate resolution information, and performing associated clerical duties. Operates in a customer-focused shared services environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Handles all probate resolution information and processes. Responsive to both internal and external customers and vendors and provides excellent customer service. Maintains awareness of relevant department level service level agreements (SLA’s) and works to ensure agreements are met. Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree:
Associate’s Degree, vocational or technical school degree (minimum) and/or equivalent work experience
Special Requirements:
Overtime and weekends as required
EXPERIENCE
Minimum experience: Minimum 1-3 years general experience Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.):
Legal Age Requirements:
At least 18 years of age Must have standard, advanced, or expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access or other applications.
