Strong organizational and communication skills and prior experience are required. Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of experience is required
• We use QuickBooks Online or Thomson Reuters Accounting CS for all our clients, so experience in this software is key
• Proficient with a computer
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Extremely organized, attention to detail
• Excellent with technology

• Coding of bank transactions
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Preparation of sales tax returns
• Preparation of financial statements
