We are looking for an experienced construction bookkeeper/ accountant to join our team. You would be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping that would include Bank reconciliations Journal Entries as needed Processing pay applications Collecting lien waivers Checking pay apps for accuracy Payroll of 8 people Tax filing
Qualifications :
Quickbooks Must have AIA construction experience Accounts payable Accounts receivable Understanding of the balance sheet and P&L
