Accounting Clerk

Start your new career as an Accounting Clerk with MAU at our client in Cartersville, GA. As an Accounting Clerk, you will support daily accounts payable and vendor management operations using SAP and Ariba systems.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree•preferred
2+ years of accounting or finance experience
Proficiency with SAP and Ariba software
Strong organizational and communication skills
What You’ll Do as an
Accounting Clerk:
Track cash activity across all business segments
Process ghost card and P-card transactions and ensure timely payments
Manage and correct Ariba Error Logs; monitor Ariba and SAP workflows
Handle check requests, debit/credit memos, and Serena ticketing
Coordinate vendor setup and maintain payment terms/methods
Respond to vendor inquiries and manage special check requests
Assist with developing accounting procedures and employee training
Provide backup support to the Accounts Payable team
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
