Accounts Payable Specialist Pay:

$18-$20/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate payments to vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in accounts payable and/or payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily A/P statements and reports using accounting software Verify and enter invoices for payment Prepare and process vendor checks and maintain accurate records Handle financial forms, including tax documents and inventory orders Maintain confidential financial and employee records Assist in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal teams

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or payroll High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of accounting principles and automated accounting systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to type 40 WPM and use 10-key by touch Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines This is a great opportunity to join a professional team in a stable and supportive work environment.
