https://www.palmpropertymgt.com/ You’ll oversee the financial and accounting functions of the business, supporting both company operations and our property owners. This includes managing day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and producing financial statements. Key Responsibilities Daily rent collection, deposit prep, and tenant charge entries Weekly reconciliation of QuickBooks, bank accounts, and credit cards Process owner payables, reimbursements, and distributions Prepare P&L statements and balance sheets for leadership Oversee 1099 issuance for vendors and owners Ensure all LLC, insurance, and licensing renewals are tracked and filed Work closely with the CPA and leadership on tax prep and strategic planning Collaborate with the property and admin teams to support smooth operations What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping Proficient in QuickBooks (required) Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is a strong plus Experience in property management accounting is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Self-directed and confident in managing complex financial systems Local to Savannah or nearby, must be able to commute to Wilmington Island Comfortable working in a small office and wearing multiple hats Compensation & Perks Full time position Competitive salary at $60,000 to $65,000 per year to start, depending on experience Unlimited PTO.
