Schedule:
Full-time 8-hour shift (Flexible start time after probationary period) Hybrid remote in Marietta, GA One work from home day per week Flex schedule available every day
Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts Payable preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Office working environment preferred Excellent communication and phone skills Positive attitude and strong character Highly organized and resourceful Our Accounts Payable Clerk will: Enter vendor invoices and related credits Assist Accounts Payable Specialist with vendor account reconciliations Interact with Project Managers and Vendors to resolve complex purchase orders and invoice issues Assist Receptionist with phone duties Additional tasks as assigned for a fantastic opportunity offering health benefits, end of year bonus, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and vacation time with paid end of year break!
