Preparing Daily Cash Deposits:

Efficiently handledaily cash deposits and maintain the cash control sheet.

Invoicing:

Create and send customer invoices based on the AR aging report,ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manual Journal Entries:

Executemanual journal entries to reflect financial transactionsaccurately.

Invoice Processing:

Process approximately 200 invoicesper week, maintaining high attention to detail.

Credit CardDeposits:

Manage daily credit card deposits for streamlinedfinancial transactions.

Light Reconciliations:

Perform lightreconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. What thecompany needs in an

Years of SolidAccounting Experience:

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus,highlighting your ability to navigate financial software.
