As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team, bringing financial expertise and a dedication to excellence. Position Overview The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the daily processing of customer records, the accurate billing of customer invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting the finance team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring invoices are accurate, discrepancies are addressed, and customer records are kept current. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Financial Management Manages day-to-day customer records and orders; update records daily. Prepares weekly reports for management. Prepares monthly case rate and cost reimbursement invoices. Accurately enters billing information into the accounting system. Assists the accounting manager in resolving issues in both receivables and payables. Researches and resolves payment and invoicing discrepancies. Utilizes our customer order management system to reconcile order discrepancies. Processes credit card payments and credits. Maintains various files and forms in the accounting system and other supporting systems in both physical and electronic forms. Performs accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports for both internal and external entities. Provide back-up coverage for the Accounting department. . Willingly completes other duties as assigned to meet the strategic and financial objectives of Hackbarth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of associate’s degree in accounting or applicable experience in field may be considered. Minimum of two years of accounting experience. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with fiscal management software. Prior use of NetSuite desirable. Highly organized, detail oriented. Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and auto insurance. Demonstrated ability to Work effectively with internal and external individuals, including other professionals in the community. Work effectively as a member of a team. Effectively communicate to various internal and external audiences in both person and through various electronic media. Manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision. Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation:

$18.00 – $24.00
