Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks
- Perform data entry duties to maintain accurate records
- Engage in full cycle accounting activities
- Process purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage collections and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Provide support to the accounting and procurement team
- Coordinate visitor interaction by managing reception duties
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation
- Facilitate invoice processing operations. Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, showcasing the ability to ensure accurate financial records
- Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP), demonstrating an understanding of managing outgoing payments
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), reflecting competency in overseeing incoming payments
- Experience in Billing, indicating the ability to generate invoices and manage financial accounts
- Demonstrable skills in Data Entry, implying precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Invoice Processing, indicating the ability to oversee and manage financial transactions
