Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Fairburn, Georgia. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be tasked with handling account reconciliation, coding invoices, and processing checks. Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of accounts payable (AP)
• Handle account reconciliation tasks meticulously
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices for proper record keeping
• Execute check runs efficiently
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage invoice processing in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Operate Oracle software for account management
• Apply QuickBooks for financial management tasks
• Utilize SAP for business process management Requirements
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for this role.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite.
• Capability to perform Check Runs is required.
• Skill in Coding Invoices is vital.
• Must possess strong Data Entry abilities.
• Expertise in Invoice Processing is essential.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Familiarity with Oracle software is desirable.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks is necessary.
