Description
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP Resolutions Specialist to support our Accounts Payable operations. This role will focus on resolving invoice discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues
Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
Document resolutions and process improvements clearly and accurately
Support month-end close activities as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related roles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AP systems (e.g., Coupa, NetSuite, SAP)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
