Start your new career as an Accounts Receivable Specialist with MAU at our client in Newnan, GA. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely application of cash receipts. This is a part-time, fully remote role.

What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s degree
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis
Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems preferred
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
What You’ll Do as an
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Process and reconcile customer remittance files in Excel and various formats
Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts using Oracle
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
Communicate with internal teams and external partners—primarily via email—to clarify payments and resolve issues
