Full Job Description Job Summary/Objective:

The AR Associate is responsible for day-to-day company accounts receivable practices. This includes invoicing customers, applying customer deposits, and following up on delinquent accounts receivable balances. Each team member should know all duties listed but will likely concentrate on a specific/different sub-set.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately process timely entry of outgoing customer invoicing in accounting software systems. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Project Managers and company leadership as needed for collection matters. Assist the Accounting & Finance Management team with data collection for audits, corporate reconciliation requests, and certain reports necessary to complete the month-end close process. Accurately process timely entry of incoming remittances. Research and resolve invoice issues & discrepancies. Address customer inquiries. Communicate with customers, project management, and company leadership to resolve billing & invoicing discrepancies. Produce standard reporting as required

Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

Coursework or background in Accounting or Finance 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.

Competencies Required:

Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized. Performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Ability to Confidentially Maintain Sensitive Information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, Teams, & Outlook. Good oral and written communication skills: Required communication with Management, Employees and Customers via phone and email.

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel Required:

Office-based role with a hybrid schedule: in-office (Alpharetta) Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday. Regular participation in virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
