Bookkeeper Ocean Mazda 11185 Alpharetta Highway, Roswell, GA 30076 ob Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to manage various accounting tasks effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger accounts Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues Assist in budgeting processes and provide financial insights for decision-making Utilize Quicken and other accounting software for efficient record-keeping Support technical accounting tasks as required by management Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency CDK Preferred Automotive Experience Preferred Experience Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, account analysis, and general ledger accounting Familiarity with journal entries, accounts receivable management, and general ledger reconciliation Proficient in using Quicken or similar accounting software Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment If you are passionate about numbers, possess strong analytical skills, and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to our financial operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
